    1. Optimize 2. Op-ti-mize 3. optimize!
oh, and incase i forgot to mention it....optimize!

I personally gave up after 5 minutes of page loading. I don't know how it loads on broadband but you may want to consider putting in a Start Page that could suggest that those on Dial-up should not enter.

I agree....OPTIMIZE.... I am on DSL and the background loaded fairly quickly... but then I had to watch as everything loaded...
besides the fact that your site cannot be viewed in it's entirety (even on 1024X768 (I lost about 10% of the right screen) - can you imagine viewing in 800x600.....none of the links on the left work....
before you advertise your site, you should have it working at 100% capability for ALL visitors...

I went back and found that the links now work.. they were not working before...
your navigation structure is so long and that is what is causing the delay...
some of your pages are viewable in 800X600.. and some are not, especially your index page...
since you did this site in FP, your site should be on your computer... change your settings to 800x600 and open the site under "my documents"> "my webs" and you will see what I am talking about...
you have too many graphics and they are spread out too far to the right..

Also, you did your site in frames.... personally, I feel that doing it without frames is better... and set your links to other sites to open in a new window, so you will not lose your viewer. Doing a site in frames is going to be difficult, if not impossible, for search engines to read.. and it will be hard to get any decent listing for your site.
