Want something to make an avatar the right size?

    check it out.

    Avatar Sizer 1.0.0.8

    License: Freeware

    Information:
This program uses smooth resizing to make avatar images look very similar to the original--just smaller. The resulting avatar file, including any image that is not resized, is in JPEG format. The program is designed to resize images to a maximum of 150x150 only, not to edit them. You can select any size from 1x1 pixels up to a maximum of 150x150 pixels. The program supports JPG, BMP, WMF, EMF, ICO, and GIF formats.

another neat resizer is the microsoft "right click" image resizer.

In your image folder, you are able to resize 1 image or select em all and resize them all at the same time.
