exporting 200 dpi

i apologize if this has been asked already but i could not get the search feature to work properly.

how can i export a logo so that it is in 200 dpi or good enough for printing on apparel through CafePress?? Even when i export JPG full image size it is still 200 dpi.

Go to the export header when the drop down menu appears double click to change the DPI on the first item on the list.
