TLC 4.1 to 5.0 Update Problems

I want to upgrade TLC 4.1 to TLC 5.0 (then ultimately 5.1), but I get an error message "404 - Component not found" when attempting from the web link. If I try to access Updates from within TLC, I get "Unable to download the updates file" and a suggestion, among other things, to check my Internet connection (it's fine). Same issue with both Firefox 2.0 and IE 7.0 running on WinXP with SP2. I am running with full administrator privileges and have turned off all security. Suggestions? Do I need to reserialize?

I can understand the 404 error from within the program there was a change in address and when you change host there is no email forwarding. Could try cleaning your cache.
