re-install problem

i bought an older version and have upgraded, but i lost my install when my computer crashed. i've tried to re-install a new version but it asks for a purchase reference number. i tried the key i have and the order number, neither worked. i logged in to my control panel but it just allows me to download an upgrade, not a full version. please let me know how to get this going. i'm eager to start making logos again.
