I purchased the new version 2 days ago and a few sets too, however, when i try to update from the internet i get an error message after 90% of file 1 of 5.
I am using Win98se

Hi
There are several things that can stop a download.
You could move to another web page during the download. This can at times get you "The file cannot be downloaded"
The link from your computer to the download server can become broken.
But as it always happens at 90% would seem to point to a Windows/IE problem.
May I suggest you download a program called "Get Right" this is a download manager and will let you download large files and can cope with broken links by stiching the bits of a download back together. It works just great with a 56k modem. You could set it up to download several large files over night and it will keep at it untill it has them all downloaded.

Many thanks for your reply Michael.
I do use Get Right, but it never kicks in as i;m not using a browser, the uodater is built into the V3 software. Also i made an error, it stops downloading at 90kb of 94kb every time with this message...
'An error occurred while downloading this file... http://www.thelogocreator.com/auto_updats/TLC/Re'
Any ideas?
Cheers,

Interesting Steve.
We're checking this one out. We'll reply back to this thread shortly.
We've had a few other Windows 98se problems it seems. Nobody else mentioning a break in their downloads, but so far - most every small glitch we've heard about is a Windows 98se deal.
We'll have to check on this too.
:)

Hi Steve,
We'll be posting an updated demo version within a few weeks. You will be able to download that and install in order to update to the newest version. The particulars aren't finalized, but it's in the works.
Kind Regards,
dn
