I'm creating a site for myself to show off my stuff. It's very much WIP at the moment but I've used the flipbook to show off my portfolio. You can view it here: http://www.madladdesigns.co.uk/temp/md. Due to some sort of error in the WGC, the flipbook doesn't show in FireFox at the moment, only in IE.

As for your designs what I am able to see in the flip book looks like you do good work.

Seeing as it displays ok in IE but not Firefox have you contacted the Firefox people to see if the bug is within their browser?

Hi,

Your site looks great and I'm envious because I simply can't get my flipbooks to appear online or even in preview mode of my FrontPage2003 software. What platform are you using?

Not sure what you mean by 'platform'.

Hi Nick,

I am using FrontPage2003 to build a website and wish to install a Flipbook on one of the sites pages.

Thanks

Bob

I use dreamweaver. What I do is copy everything between the <object> and </object>, e.g

<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0" width="500" height="179">
<param name="movie" value="MyFlipBook.swf">

<param name="quality" value="high">
<param name="flashVars" value="xmlConfig=config.xml">
<param name="scale" value="noscale">
<param name="bgcolor" value="#FFFFFF">
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
<embed src="MyFlipBook.swf" wmode="transparent" width="500" height="179" quality="high" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" flashvars="xmlConfig=config.xml" scale="noscale" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed>
</object>
and place it im my page where I want my flipbook, then make sure "book_images" are in the same folder as the page with the code.

Try that :)

Just to say it's moved from http://www.madladdesigns.co.uk/temp/md to http://www.madladdesigns.co.uk and there is now a slide show of logos I've done. :)

Thanks :)

As you can tell, the site is far from finished, having a few teething problems and just trying to find the time... you know how it is... ;)

Looking good. :D

You know you can use the new blog feature on here to show your work to. Post logos you have done with TLC.
