iWorld Magazine Logo Needed Contest

O.k. we're looking for a logo to grace the cover of our new digital media magazine. See link below for the current cover, we will also give you exposure within the magazine for your business should your logo be chosen. Obviously we would give TLC exposure as well. Dude thats the main part of being a designer...Its your job as a designer to present the customer with ideas that you have. C'mon now...not every customer knows what they want until you present something to maybe jump start their way of thinking.

You said this was going to be on the Magazine cover so I tried to design it as such and made it of good size so you can visualize it stretching across the page.

Very nice wicked...the iWorldmag.com site is not up yet, it will launch along with the magazine in October of this year.

Its a taken from i-Pod, i-Movie, stands for individual. The magazine's premise is to report on individual electronic gear, such as the iPods, Sirius Satellite Players, digital frames, GPS systems, it sorrounds the new gear that is being developed or already developed for electronic personal use.

@ Feelo: I'm glad you liked it. I will work on your request.

@ Wicked: It is not done in TLC, normally I make the graphics in pieces and then built it in TLC so if the user owns the TLC software he/she can get a copy along with other formats.

Juncal, great logo's....we will be putting all the Logo's on a draft cover and then the Board of Directors will choose the best logo as the winner. Just make sure that you make your logo's big enough that they will fit across a magazine cover. I want to make sure they do not pixelate.

Hi Feelo, thank you for the comment. About the design: The image I posted is a screen (72 DPI) resolution sample. Here in the forum we have a limit size for the upload, that's why I try always the smallest image possible. You can not resizes these images because obviously will pixelate. My original file is vector based graphic, so if you choose to work with my file, you can make it as big as you want. Let me know if you need special size sample.

New URL Placement
Some Pixcelation Removal around headphones
Letter "W" in World has arrow off text pointing to "i" to emphasize subject matter.
New battery image alignment to better lay in with logo environment.

as Wicked said... What I have submitted is what I think might look good as "izine" logo... If there is something to tweek there will be not a problem. Colors and size are not a problem at all and I guess looks not bad because I saw my layout appearing in other submissions more than once.:image28:
