I had the flash ad creator but when my computer crashed I lost it too. The owner of laughingbird software was kind enough to give me the other programs back and I just couldn't ask for this one back. So I re-purchased it, anyway long story make it short I can't get it to work. It will only download on to my computer the flash part not the codes or anything else nor can I get it on my website.. neither works.
I hope I've explained myself right.. Also when I downloaded it I didn't put in code basically I forgot to write it down. I'm sure I have the old one in my multitude of papers..lol. If that is the problem how would I enter that code?
Since its downloaded already and I've checked and can't find anyplace?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes that very easily could have happened. Try a new download and then see how it goes and let us know.
