REVIVING the Logo Contests

Attention TLC users. Do you own The Logo Creator? Well if you do then this is your chance to show off your skills with it.

We are holding a contest for TLC users.

Contest begin date: Wednesday, May 23rd
Contest end date: Monday, May 28th at midnight EST.

Fictional Company: C & C Donuts
Fictional Company Slogan: Left up to designer!
Fictional Company Details: This is a shop where they make all kinds of donuts.

Logo size: 560x420 pixels is the biggest the logo can be.

Contest rules:

1. No admin or mods can enter.
2. You must own The Logo Creator, and be a registered member of the LaughingBird software forum.
3. All work has to be done with a Laughingbird Software product. No outside programs, no outside CLIPART except for the donut artwork if needed, and you cannot use system fonts.
4. You may submit up to 5 (five) entries into the contest.
5. The winner has to submit their final .tlc file and/or Jpeg to digger2125 (http://www.logodesignforum.com/forums/sendmessage.php?do=mailmember&u=7860) for viewing to verify that it is 100% TLC.
6. The winner will be chosen by the admin and mods.
7. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, May 30th.
8. The logo will be designed about a fictional company.
9. If anyone copies another user’s idea we will go with the one that had the first entry, the other will be voided (or sent to Bird Cage (http://www.logodesignforum.com/forums/../../bird-cage/) ... just because we like to see everybody's work).
10. A critique will be given after the contest is over on the TOP 3 designs.

Rights:
By entering your submission, you agree that Laughingbird Software can use your entry for any publicity and marketing purposes worldwide, indefinitely. This might include publication in ‘traditional’ media or online. You will retain copyright to your entry, so you are perfectly free to enter it into other contest, publish it, or sell it

**No feedback will be given on the designs.
** Any post that does not pertain to the contest will be moved to the Bird Cage (http://www.logodesignforum.com/forums/../bird-cage/) to keep the thread clean and easy to follow.


Prize:

This is our initial effort to see what interest we have in the Logo Contest.

A goodie pack of 15 random logo elements is the prize. (Samples below.)
Also, Laughingbird will throw in a free Logo Edition (http://www.thelogocreator.com/order.htm) of the winners choice (excluding the MegaPak logo collection).

If interest is high with this contest, we will continue with more contests in the future with more prizes.


The Winner will be announced on May 30th, 2007 here in the forum!

You can use your own artwork only for the donuts anything else must be from within the Logo Creator. Also fonts used must be from the embedded Logo Creator fonts - no system fonts.
