Missing Template files

I downloaded the trial of the Logo Creator, then I decided to purchase the CICreator since the Logo Creator was free with it. My Logo Creator is now unlocked and I have additional images, but the 50 templates I was suppose to receive are not there.

What do I need to do?

you downloaded the trial version, then purchased the CiCreator... but you don't have any logos showing up in The Logo Creator?

You should have a library called "Ci Logos" when you pull down the little menu in The Logo Creator. No?

The trial version can only be unlocked from within the trial version using a credit card. The other logo sets (including the CICreator) should download with all of the logos already unlocked.

This is missing. I do not have this option on the pull down menu.
I have tried reinstalling twice and still nothing.

Why do I never hear back from you? I have tried tech support form and now the forum. You say you don't understand, I explain and then nothing. Please send me the templates that I was suppose to get with instructions on how to integrate them into the software. I paid through paypal, if that helps.
