I´m new member and i´like to say hello beacause I think this forum help us all to know about the better use of the software.

About this I have the first problem!!!I purchased and installed the trial version of Logo Creator V5.0, when acces the program the activation windows don´t appears!! and I do´nt know how to activate the Licence.

Any Advise please!

Hi! i´m still have a problem, the license worked fine, but did not unlock the trial version and the 40 logos set annunced in the web page I cánt see!!!

Any help? please, I posted two days ago without any answer...

Hi Iechn!

Sorry I missed this the first time.

Sounds like you've got the trial version (http://www.thelogocreator.com/demo.php)? If so, you should be able to unlock it using a credit card. Only with the trial version can you use a credit card (or PayPal) from within the software.

Once your credit card or Paypal payment is approved by my eCommerce provider (Softwrap (http://Softwrap.com)) then the software should unlock automatically.

Let me know how you downloaded the trial and if you've used PayPal or a credit card.

Hi Marc thanks for answering!

I used credit card and downloaded for the link of the trial version, including the backup Cd, that isn`t arrived yet.

I recieved the license holder and the purchase order, from softwrap.com, when accesing the software the license works fine but it did not unlock the trial and the categories and 40 logos I cant see!!!

I have tried to acces the software a week ago and nothing happens. Please help because I want to buy the Ad and flash creator for my web pages, but with this problem I`m not as sure, althout I think this program is very good, since the version 3.6 that includes a lot of categories and templates!

When you downloaded the file, did you save the zip file to your computer?

Yes I saved it to the computer. I Installed an desinstalled 3 times and nothing happens...

The file you downloaded. Was it the trial version file?

You mean you 'have' reset it or you are going to have to reset your computer?

I'm not real sure what the process if for purchasing the license when already using the trial version is, but I'll ask Marc to stop in here and let you know what you need to do to get this up and running correctly.

Ivan - considering the holiday we just had in the states here and the little bit of info that you provided in your initial post and the fact that you placed your question in the introduction section of the board (you lost 3 days right there) , I feel that you're being addressed pretty quickly. I also see you use a hotmail account, there may have been a chance that Marc's email to you was lost in a spam filter.

Send a PM to Marc (if you haven't already). He's currently working on some new things and isn't making it online as much as he'd like. I know, not the answer you wanted to hear, but it will be worth it.

I'm just glad it all got worked out. I knew it would....sometimes just not as fast as we'd all like, right? Anyways, I'm happy you're up and running and hope to see on the boards.
