Help I save and get a blank!

Hi there - please help - I just spent the last hour designing a business card for my son - I click save - it says saving but when done get a big yellow triangle with ! - I'm thinking an error - but it doesn't tell me which error :( so I click publish - I can see his business card great - I do a save as and it's blank except for the entertainment background (blue disk on left - blue stripe on right) Help please - I even tried to send to print online - blank! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - and thank you :)

Hi Faith!

I'm sorry to say I can't see your image.
I know you mentioned it was blank, but the attached image ... is really blank!

I'm not sure you've attached it.

When you choose "Publish" - is the software at least asking you to export the image to your desktop?

Also, check out the updates area here in the forum and grab the latest update to The CICreator. Not sure it'll help, but its' a start.
