Hi, I'm unable to track down my unlock code, which I used for Ver1.0 and the 2.0 upgrade. I emailed the link at your site but they don't seem to know a thing a bout you Marc. Any ideas? Here's the email history.

sorry to have delayed this answer! I've just today seen the post.

I'm not quite sure what the trouble is. However, I can guess that you originally purchased version 1.0 directly from me. When I first launched TLC, I sold it directly. Then, as it grew - I began using DigitalRiver as my eCommerce system.

I DO have you in my records.
If you're looking to update your v1.0 to the newest v3.5 - email me. I'll take care of you. marc1@thelogocreator.com

Hope this helps some Chris! Thanks for the interesting convo between you and DigitalRiver. It's nice to see they do handle download tech support. I never hear much from the users who have purchase/download problems. I only hear the "how do I work this crazy software" type questions.
