HELP! New User CIC Template Question

Can the colors used in CIC templates be changed? I know you can change the typeface but how about the design elements? I created (what I think is a great logo) but it doesn't match or go with any of the templates. Thanks

You can try modifying the templates in a program like Photoshop, but you can't change them from within the software.
