I recently upgraded to version 5...all was ok, however had fatal hard drive failure and had to buy a new hard drive and re-install, only problem is I dont have my activation codes that were sent for version 5 recently via e-mail, they were in my email which dissapered with my old hard drive, the real problem is that I also dont have an order number, and I paid with paypal to regnow (part of digital river group) so didnt use a credit card, there is no option within the digital river customer services to recover this information and the paypal transaction dosn't give an order number that is recognised, how can I get these codes sent out to me again.

Please help

Ellis, send a PM (private message) to laughingbird be sure to include your email address you used when making your purchase and any other info that will help him look up your order.

Ok this is getting silly now, I got sent an activation code from the RegNow Order Department, but it dosn't work, so noticed during the installation that you can request the activation code via the programme/software itself, so put in my registered email address, and get the message "your activation code has been sent to ******** the email address registered" cool I think...look into my mail...no email from laughingbird, nothing in junk mail either, that was an a couple of hours ago, and nothing....what do you have to do to get this activation code short of paying for the whole programme again.

You need the code from Marc evidentally. Did you PM laughingbird? He's usually pretty quick to respond.

yep he responded but not with the activation code I needed, there is obviously some problem somewhere, I have registered my copy of The Logo Creator and have tried requesting the licensing details through the software providing my registered e-mail address, and it tells me the code has been sent out but nothing comming through.

Looks as though Im gonna have to purchase again. DOH!!!

yep he responded but not with the activation code I needed

Did you explain it right to him of what you were needing? I honestly know Marc will send it to you if he has the information needed from you.

Good Luck

:D

I responded with the correct code.
Deeks35uk, can you re-read the PM I sent you?

Let me know if I've read your question wrong.

Hi Marc,
Yes got the PM however the software is telling me that this is the wrong activation code, I downloaded the trail version and I am attempting to use the code in the "activate a previous license" section is this right or should I be downloading the software from elsewhere, if so where should I get the download from that will work with the 10 digit activation code you provided.

Cheers Marc

Ah.

Now I see.

The Trial version uses a different mechanism to unlock.
You'll need to enter a credit card number for this. If the card is approved, you'll be eMailed a key. Also, once approved, the software should unlock automatically.

For the trial version of The Logo Creator, I've used "Softwrap" (http://www.softwrap.com)

The 10 digit activation code I provided (now I see accidently) is a free one month subscription to PhotoObjects.net. You'll get this key when purchasing The Web Graphics Creator.

Let me know if this helps Ellis!
