System shut down

My system Locks up when I try to open a saved logo.

Help.

I reboot it and it takes 3 times. Says it has recovered from a serious problem.

I have over a gig of mem.

it also sends me to windows trouble report link. says a device driver has caused this error.

any help with this will be apprieciated

Sounds like a stray video driver is causing problems. What type of vid card do you have?
