Transparent Background

Hello ALL, How do I make the background transparent. Thank You

Hi Joemac,

There are two alternatives:

i. select "Transparent PNG" fom the "Export" menu. no matter what background color you selected, it will now be transparent

ii. select "Custom Export" fom the "Export" menu. click the TGIF button for transparent GIF. use the eyedropper to select the background color.

Text Hi, here is what I do to convert the background to be transparent on my images:

I save my file as a bitmap then I use this free download called Giffy http://mysoft.s5.com

It is really easy to use, it will convert either a bitmap or a GIF file to have a tranclucent background, by you clicking on the image color that you don't want to appear. I hope this helps. Thanks
