Program shuts off

I just upgraded to 3.6 and now when I open it I use the pull down menue and select corporate2 then chose one of the sample logos it says rendering and then the whole program shuts off any ideas ??

Hi Rocky.
This is odd.

... anybody else have this problem? I haven't come across this one!

Redownload and install the demo Rocky. This will put you at the full version (rather than updating the 'engine' only from the pull down "Check for internet updates" menu item).

I'm fixing a few things in v3.6 (about to upload v3.6.1!) -- but I can't seem to get the updater to fully update!!

If you'd like to try it yourself, try this:

Make a COPY of your folder "The Logo Creator v3"
Launch the copy. Once it's up, hold down the shift key and pull down the 'Web Help' menu and select "Check for internet updates"

WARNING!!
Make sure to make a copy! Otherwise, the update may not install all of the parts it should and may break The Logo Creator.

Once you update the copy successfully, you can test out both versions if you want! Or toss the older one.

Make sure to hold down the SHIFT key while "Checking for internet updates" -- this is a testing key. Pulling down the menu item without holding the shift key down will simply tell you you have the most current version.

Well I uninstalled everything and re installed it. Now it seems to be working fine :spaz: thanks for the help :6:
