blurred edges of a graphic or image

hello all

I have had the LC for about a year now, and just got Photoshop7.....I am stumped when it comes to providing blurred edges of a graphic or image in PS, and was wondering if there was any way to blur edges using the opacity slide in The Logo Creator.
I tried to place a circle over an image and then fade it so that it would blend, but was stuck with a rectangular image and the corners were a problem.
Any ideas?

Dave.... Afternoon !! I would blur the edges in Photoshop first THEN import it into TLC ! I'm really not sure if TLC provides that capability. If they do.. .I'm not aware of it!
