Anyone looking for a FREE graphics editor should give PIXIA consideration.

It's a pretty robust little editor with features found on some of the more
known commercial graphics editors such as Bezier lines capability and
layers. The user interface may take some getting used to but some great
results can be achieved once you learn it's intricasies. Go check it out!!
