Hello,
I need to get my logo sets updated from version 2.6 to 3.0 but when I click the yellow button it tells me I have to pay. Can someone tell me if they've run into this and if so, how to resolve it?

DigitalRiver has expired the links that are found in the software! Security reasons.
I'm working on a solution as we speak!
I'm really sorry for the hassles Z! Hang in there with me. We'll have a fix up shortly.

Sent a direct email yesterday to Marc regarding how to update to version 3.0......from 2.6...... have not had a reply?
Considering the usual sales and marketing followup emails we get from TLC it seems odd that there is this delay in dealing with existing customers!!!!!

Tony, I've been trying to write you all week.
It appears that the email address you've supplied here in the forum (when you signed up) is an invalid email addy! I keep getting my letters bounced back to me.
I've sent you a U2U.
Buckingham, I most likely haven't gotten to your letter yet. Yesterday was Sunday - I don't check my email on Sunday. Today, I had to play catch up because of that little fact. I get close to 300 letters a day :17: it gets a little tough to keep up! I do my best!
I will most happily get to your letter and reply.
I do take care of my customers ... it just takes a little time
