Transparent 3d Text Effect

I have had TLC for quite sometime now and I havent stopped by. I usually talk to Marc on the phone and in our last conversation he mentioned the forum.

Now that I know its here I would like to share my first contribution.

This effect is for "Transparent 3d Text Effect" (It is Silver/Chrome when on white canvas). I also mention how to add in a different color in my settings below.

If any one can help to improve on this I would love to see you post it in this thread and post any modifications to my initial setting.

The settings here are exactly what I used for my example showing here.

Marc may I suggest a couple of things? I suggest you allow for us to upload .tlc files and secondly set up a forum specifically for those of us that want to trade out and share a .tlc logo. Thanks in advance. : o_please

Justification = Center
Scale = 0.151
Character Spacing = 1.000
Line Spacing = 1.000

Text Color (not necessary for Silver Color)

Solid
Opacity = 0.000
If color is desired and selected then raising opacity ads
in color to the text. Raising opacity higher than .0500 will
take away the chrome and beveled raised text look of the text.

Shadow
-----------

Opacity = 0.000
Shadow Opacity = 0.429
shadow Blur Radius = 2
Color = Black (from normal palette)
Horizontal = -1
Vertical = -2

Embos
------------
NONE

Blur
------------
NONE

Outline
------------
Opacity = 0.000
Outline Opacity = 0.294
Outline Width = 1
Color = Black (from normal palette)
