The Objects expansion pak

After receiving an email on 2 new products from TLC one being The Objects expansion pak I went to look at what it was. After viewing the new images and seeing there were some I really wanted to use I paid $29.95 and then downloaded it. The problem I am having is not all of the images that are shown as being part of this product was received in my download and a good deal of them was the ones I wanted and the reason I bought this. I need to find out why I did not receive the full set that is shown on your web site and I have tried emailing and calling to find out but I received no reply back to the email and no call back from the phone message I left. I need to get working on a logo and needed a image that was in the product. If the images are not included why are they showing as images that are? The flower, pencil, the paint brushes, teddy bear, guitar, magnifying glass and others were not included in the product I bought and on your web site http://www.thelogocreator.com/expansionPaks.htm under more info of the products it shows the images that come with the product however, I did not receive many that were shown. Now what do I do that I paid and downloaded this product and I didn't get it all? Some arrows and other objects are missing as well.

Guatar,teddy bear,rose,1 of the cd's,vhs cassete.

I am also wondering how I can aquire the missing images since ive already paid and downloaded the expansion pack.

Marc will work something out for all effected users, either by providing the missing graphics separately or getting you to download the updated file.

I paid for something and didn't get what I paid for at all. I looked at the info on this before I paid and downloaded it and only bought it because it had images I wanted to use but the thing is, I didn't get the images I wanted to use. I have emailed TLC and also left a phone message about this along with my phone number and I have not heard anything back since I did so this morning. Someone needs to contact me and should have done so by now. They could have by replying to my email, this post or returning my phone call. I would like the full product I paid for. On the web page it says this product has 50 new extreme elements and it is showing 45 of them. I receive 36 of the elements that are shown on your web page and 2 that are not shown. I received all of the orbs, all of the 2 Alphabets and all of the 25 Swooshes but I didn't order this for the orbs, alphabets or swooshes. I liked the extreme elements but I am missing all the ones I liked.

Hi Tom!
First off, I'll apologize for my delay in finding your plea for help! After sending out my letter (the letter describing the new ExpansionPaks), I was burried in email. Today alone I recieved over 450 (and everytime I answer somebody, they write back with another question!).

I'll probably come to your letter soon after I write this. I had to take a break from email and come into the forum.

As for your problem - I appreciate the heads up on the missing stuff!

I've just sent you a PM with the missing objects.
